Can someone give an use case to when to use ‘Save reply value to attribute’?

 

@Andrew R.  This is a great way to build out the user profile for information that's missing or to add relevant info from a support interaction to the user data for future use on audiences or filters.

 

One example would be essentially a small survey response, asking them a question then storing the answer on the profile similar to this:

Maybe you want to ask them about their primary device for example.
