Anyone else having an issue with users who are unable to report an issue via the app?

@user2392​ capture what you get in the browser console when you try to send a message. Right click on the page, choose Inspect and then choose Console tab. And then try sending a message. If there are any errors it will show it here in red. Take that to Intercom support and show it to them.

 

I haven't seen this ever and I have worked with so many clients across the world and they were on different intercom servers.
