Assign incoming emails to a team, based on emailadress that it is sent to.

Hi all, 

 

Is it possible to create an automations that states:

all incoming email sent to example1@domain.com is assigned to team 1?

Hey @Maumau,

You can do it in workflows using “Customer sends their first message” trigger. This is the workflow you can use as a starting point. Let me know if it worked for you.
