Is there a way for an inside bot?

A bot that only the customer success representatives will see?

Do you want to have Intercom bot for CSRs in your app/website OR within Intercom platform?

 

If on your app/website:

Do the CSRs exist in Intercom as Users? If so, they need to be differentiated by some Role attribute and then you can set the audience rules to target only them.

 

If you want the bot within Intercom platform:

That is not possible as it is not your environment and the Intercom ID that triggers the Intercom widget is different than what you use for your users on your app. There is a Task Bot for Teammates but I do not think you meant that - it can suggest some Articles when user/lead asks a question or it can notify your CSR about possible duplicated conversations...
