The product category field on our SF Lead object is required. That field is restricted to a set of picklist values (see below screenshot.) Can I build a custom bot to either have the customer choose from a product list that I create OR map whatever answer the user enters to be one of the values in this picklist? Thanks in advance!

A - Yes, that's possible.
I recorded a small video tutorial on how to do this. Please keep in mind that instead of the product list, I created a location list in this tutorial but pretty same is for the product list.
