Can i create a workflow that sends a message to all open conversations in a specific inbox letting customers know our support agents will be going offline soon based on our office hours?

 

For example, 20 minutes before our default office hours, can a message be triggered and sent to all open conversations in ABC inbox?

It is not possible to trigger a workflow based on upcoming office hours, although I can definitely see the benefit of a feature like this! I’d be happy to flag this with the team as a feature request. In the meantime you may want to look into the "teammate has been unresponsive" trigger, although this would only trigger if the end-user is waiting, it would not proactively fire based on office hours alone.
