Once set you can then set up Fin for chat and email.

  • Collect data by asking customers to submit information.
  • Link to reusable workflows for consistent interactions.
  • Show expected reply time to manage user expectations.
  • Collect customer replies for a conversational experience.
  • Create a Ticket to streamline customer support requests.
  • Integrate apps from the App Store to enhance the chatbot's functionality.
