Recently I faced something very much similar one I integrated one of my wbesite with Intercom, to make my customer’s workflow way more better. But I got to know that there is not any built-in feature in Intercom to generate a report specifically for where each conversation tag is applied within the workflow.
What I tried was manually checking the workflow and documenting where each tag was used. Unfortunately, I did not find it as much as we would like.This still isn’t a complete automation system. I know they are striving for it and will make it sooner but not yet.
Can you please explain for which type of business you are trying it? Like if it is an e-commerce store, then I can help you as I am handling a lot of such clients.
