Seems like custom action executes just once per conversation using custom bot. If i call the same action again in the same conversation it goes on the fail state, not sure how debug it.

I would say the best option here would be to reach out to us through the Messenger as we can better troubleshoot there 🕵️♂️ .
If you could share the url of the custom bot in the conversation that would help us to start investigating right away 🙏
