Seems like custom action executes just once per conversation using custom bot. If i call the same action again in the same conversation it goes on the fail state, not sure how debug it.

I would say the best option here would be to reach out to us through the Messenger as we can better troubleshoot there ️♂️ .
If you could share the url of the custom bot in the conversation that would help us to start investigating right away
You can grab the URL from your browser bar when viewing the Custom Bot in Intercom.

Seems like the issue after all was that i had to keep the same id output of the remote call to be able to update the 1:1 relation. If i return a different id it will fail.
