Custom action executes just once

Seems like custom action executes just once per conversation using custom bot. If i call the same action again in the same conversation it goes on the fail state, not sure how debug it.

I would say the best option here would be to reach out to us through the Messenger as we can better troubleshoot there 🕵️‍♂️ .


If you could share the url of the custom bot in the conversation that would help us to start investigating right away 🙏 


You can grab the URL from your browser bar when viewing the Custom Bot in Intercom.



Seems like the issue after all was that i had to keep the same id output of the remote call to be able to update the 1:1 relation. If i return a different id it will fail.
