Custom Bot vs Task Bot

Hello, community.

 

I have a Custom Bot that guides users to the most common questions. As with any bot, there is an option to wait for an agent. Unfortunately, if the user picks this option, the task bot also participates which is not look that neat. Example on the screenshot attached 

 

The question is, can I somehow adjust the Custom or Task bots so the situation on the screenshot would not repeat itself?

 

I would still like the Task Bot to inform the user about the time of the response, but not in case if the custom bot already participated

So in your case, as I see Bot not assign this conversation to any teams or teammates.

 

That's why Task bot in the second reply informing users.

 

Can you check the Custom bot last assign rule?
