Does anyone have any idea or examples of how intercom messenger bot can be used for cancelling subscriptions?

Hey @user1248​ !You can route the customer to a specific team if they choose cancel subscription option in your bot path and then your team can manually cancel. Are you looking for an option to automatically cancel the subscription when customer chose the option?


OK, thank you for the response! And I'm looking to see if a chat bot could walk them through a series of questions/ statements before sending it to a specific team for canceling?
