When a user starts a chat and wants the status of a certain operation, is it possible based on his user_id, retrieve the last 10 operations he made in form of buttons and ask him to select which one he mentions, and based on the decision, to give an automated reply based on the information in BO?

@Andrew R. Have a look at Custom Actions and Objects, this can help you do exactly what you described by integrating with your external systems and APIs to pull in relevant data and allow it to power workflows.  This also works with Fin AI as well, so it can be a great way to help a scaling business.

I’m working with one of our Intercom consulting clients right now to roll out these features and connect the backend/order system to Intercom and Fin AI to further expand what’s possible with AI and just self service interactions.

Hope this helps!
