It wouldn't be possible to have these existing conversations then be handled by a bot within Intercom. They would need to reach out & start a new conversation in order for the bot to be involved again. I hope this clarifies. If you'd like I can submit this as a feature request to the product team so that we can potentially see this in the future. 🙌
