How can I set a custom bot to end up in a live chat with the site visitor?

Just wanted to ask a clarifying questions, do you want to trigger a Custom Bot mid conversation with a visitor? If that's the case, there isn't an option to trigger a Custom Bot in the middle of a conversation. Could you clarify your use case for me a little please 😊

So I have a custom bot going through options and next paths with the visitor and if they click a specific option at some point in the flow,
I want it to end up in connecting to a live cha​t and if unavailable get their email for a response.
