Hi @Williamjoe
Do you have your workflows running in the environment, where you can identify the user (e.g. internal portal)? If that’s the case you can set workflows live, but limit the audience to your test users: this way, only targeted users will see them.
Alternatively, you can install the Intercom Messenger onto a staging environment of your website and target the Workflows on those URLs.
If you can identify users (like on an internal portal), set your workflows live but limit them to test users only. Or, install Intercom Messenger on a staging site and test the workflows there to make sure everything works properly before launching.
I am looking to better engage visitors browsing our site using Intercom. My client website is about vintage jewelry, so I am here to apply workflow for this business as well but as I know nothing about this workflow method. I want to be clear about it. Whether my type of business is fit for such workflows? Will it be beneficial for my business as well as for this platform? I want to increase the conversion rate of my client, that is why, this idea of workflow is impressing me a lot.
If I am not making it clear for you all, you can visit my client website, and suggest me the best practices according to my concern. Thank you
Workflows is very important. you can install the Intercom Messenger. I will say the same you can set workflows live.
