Hello, I need to manager automatically our customer who try to reach us out of office hours.
I thought that was a basic feature but it seems not...
So it seems I need to set up a custom bot to be able to send automatically an out off office message. I need to display this message each time a customer intent to contact us through intercom out of our office so every weekdays night and on weekends.
But obviously, impossible to find anything out in helpdesk, and I don't expect an anwser from intercom support team before severals months...
