We are trying to set up our custom bot in a way to assign leads to specific teams based on Regions or territories. Is there a way to regionalise leads assignment?

@diletta ! You can create inbox rules based on the region of the lead and assign them to a specific team or teammates. Here is an article on that. Let me know if this would work for you.
