I don't think you need another Intercom-based tool specifically for this. Intercom's Workflows already let you build automations using audience filters, branches, user attributes, and language or location-based conditions. If your users' country or preferred language is stored as an attribute, you can create different workflow paths and deliver localized messages automatically.

For multilingual campaigns, I'd focus on combining Intercom with an automation platform like Make or Zapier and keeping your translated content organized. We've done something similar for a client offering translation services worldwide, and using a professional localization partner such as Mars Translation made it much easier to maintain consistent messaging across different languages and regions.
