I’ve created a workflow that have reply buttons and its working well on browser but not on mobile app.
Same goes with simple automations
Did I miss something? Is there some steps I have to do first?

Hey
First can you check that your mobile app is using the most up to date mobile SDKs versions, as certain features may not functioning properly on outdated versions.
Also on mobile, users might need to interact with the pop-up to fully open the Messenger and access the workflow.
If you continue to have issues, I’d recommend reaching out to the Intercom Support team via the Messenger so they can do some deeper troubleshooting into this.
