Is there an option to set time for activating a bot?

My use case: I want a bot to send a message in chat if user's message in chat was not answered for 10 mins.

In Intercom, bots can't reply to conversations where the teammates are assigned.

 

In automation rule's it's possible to take actions based on customer unresponsive time.

ActionBut there is no reply option, as I know the Intercom team working on this feature. The best workaround here will be to use some third-party integrations like Integromat, Zapier.
