Slack Customer review notifications


I have set up customer review requests after the convo is being closed by one of the specialists, but I would like to also set up an automated Slack notification for all the conversations, where the rating given would be below 3.
Is that possible and what am I doing wrong here?
 


I receive information about all the closed convos with a review, not only the ones below Great.
Also I would like the notification from Intercom in Slack to be more informative, how do I do that?

Hey there,

I’m having the same issue but I modified it with branches:
 

Still only receving notices that conversation has been closed in Slack:
 

How do I set it up so we’ll receive acutal ratings and comments to the Slack channel?

Hi Žan Meglič,

Can you change the Branch rule to show you onle Bad Reviews and check if you will get a notification from a Good review conversation?

It won't change the notification text (you should reach out to us with this issue because it seems to me like a bug).
But you should have notifications in your slack for only conversations with bad reviews.

If you want to have some custom notifications, you can check if you can set it up using third party automation tool like Zapier.
