This isn't the best experience. Is there a way to stop resolution bot looping after specific keywords?

You could set up an answer for Resolution Bot with examples like "Got it thanks", "cool, thanks" etc. so the bot knows the customer doesn't need further help.
The reply from Resolution Bot could be something like "Glad I could help! 😁". Would that work for your case?
So I have one of those, but it's still not the best experience given that I can't get rid of the "Did that answer help". This will have to do for now!
