like
if the plan is pro and paid yearly
show the massenger 24 h
if the plan pluse and paid monthly
show the masenger beasd on sepecifice work houres
else show email form and respond like we will connect you in work houres

You can create some workflows with the trigger "When a customer visits your website" and then apply the conditions to the audience. For example: plan is pro or plan is plus.
Then, on the Frequency and Scheduling section, you can select “any date, any time”, “office hours” or “custom times”.
