Workflow to add tags and assign to team inbox | Community

Hello!

 

I would like to create a workflow to:

1-Add tags to ticket directly in the ticket at “Details”: 

2-And identify the ticket by content or subject, and automatically add it to a specific team inbox

Hey! You can set this up using workflows at the moment, so you would need to: 

  1. Capture the information from the user by having them click buttons in a custom bot, like here: 
  2. use a workflow to assign to the appropriate team

Although, auto-categorisation via FIN is in closed beta so if you’re able to hold on, you may be able to minimise the setup cost and manual steps for customers when that switches to open beta
