Articles without collection show up without header

We have many articles that are not part of any collection. We do that to keep the help center light weight, but we do need these articles to show up in search.

The problem is that these articles when accessed using the URL, do not show up with header or footer.

How can we fix it?

When you remove an article from a collection, it’s expected that the Help Center identity won’t be shown.

We would display the standalone article only.

I hope this clarifies!

Hi @Larissa Alberti ,

our organisation would actually benefit from the same functionality @Upendra Singhai above mentions. I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “Help Center identity”, but the idea would be that the same way you display the standalone article from a direct link, that article would come up in the search results EVEN THOUGH it is not in any of the collections to all users that fall into the audience rules.

Since this is not available at the moment, could we request this as a feature?

Thanks in advance for your response!

Lucia
