Adding intercom conversations into hubspot

Hi everyone! 👋Our support team works in Intercom, but our sales and customer success managers use HubSpot. I’m looking for a way to ensure that Intercom conversations are added to customer records in HubSpot automatically.I’ve come across some apps in the Intercom App Store, but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done this before. Specifically:Are there any integrations you’d recommend? Ideally something that doesn’t require dev work (but if it does, that’s ok) How well do they sync conversations between Intercom and HubSpot? Can I install the Messenger within Salesforce Lightning Community?

Hi Everyone, if there are any possibilities to embed a javascript intercom chat widget in Salesforce Lightning Community. All my attempts to do this faced that widget script blocking by the Salesforce Locker Service. Although it is indicated that Salesforce is fully supported by Intercom Perhaps there is any best practice or documentation describing how to embed a script in Salesforce Lightning.

Instagram integration issue

Hi there,The integration was successful and without errors. We can receive messages from users normally, but when FIN tries to respond or our team tries to respond from Intercom, we receive the error in the screenshot attached.When I contacted Intercom support, they gave me the following error message in the backend:"App doesn't have human agent tag access"anyone can help?thanks

Reg. Intercom component - url not loading

Hi Team, We have our app in intercom, where we have customised component with a button of action as sheets and url given.{  type: "button",  id: "start-survey",  label: "Let's begin",  action: {    type: "sheet",    url: "https://url",  },}When we use our app and send this component in a conversation, the mail is also sent. When opening our app from the mail and clicking on the button, the url is not loaded. This used to work fine previously. We are getting the following error.Can we please get help regarding

Safe-area issue in reactjs pwa

I'm using Intercom in my React.js PWA,but the tool's default styles don't account for 'safe-area's, causing issues on devices with notches, such as the iPhone. Is there a solution for this? //padding: env(safe-area-inset-top) env(safe-area-inset-right) env(safe-area-inset-bottom) env(safe-area-inset-left); Adding the style to the “body” element would solve the problem, but custom styles aren’t available.

Salesforce Auto Create Cases: When Is Case Created?

Hello! I’m new to our Intercom/Salesforce Integration and have been asked to troubleshoot an issue.In our Salesforce integration we have cases configured to create automatically and automatically assign Intercom teammate as the case owner.We are seeing some cases created where the owner is assigned correctly, but other times the case is assigned to the owner who installed the app so I’m trying to figure out why this is happening.I'm wondering when exactly the case is created during the process of a conversation being started and then assigned to a team member. If there is lag time between when the conversation is created and a team member responds to take ownership, could the case get created during that lag time? Or does the case only create as soon as a team member responds? It makes sense to me if the case is created while still in the Inbox that it gets assigned to the person who installed the app, but I can’t find documentation anywhere that confirms that.Also wondering then, base

Can I add data from instagram to the user profile when someone is sending a DM?

 connected IG and intercom and if someone send a DM it will open a conversation. But I cant figure out how to add the profile information to intercom’s right menu like profile link or number of followers.

Modal in an custom Inbox app

I’m building a custom Inbox application and would like to know the best way, if possible, to open a modal within the app.For example, in the native Intercom Shopify app, a modal is triggered when the agent clicks on 'Create Order.' Can anyone share the most effective approach to achieve this functionality? I’ve read the documentation and can only see an iFrame style approach for Messenger apps, not Inbox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks-Rony

Why is there still no way to send a outbound message trough whatsapp?

Hello guys,I read a little bit trough the community and the weird thing is how many cases their are about outbounding messages in whatsapp. And i think i speak for a lot of people here and thats just a shame for such a good developed platform not be able to send a whatsapp message to the customer. And even if i wanted to start a conversation from the dashboard i could not even send a message like: Hey “Customer name”, Because variables are not supported……. And don’t let me start about that whatsapp is a PAID add-On. And then i tought maybe it’s just the UI that does not support it. And i looked at the developpers page to send a message trough API.  And it’s not available even their, how much work would it be just to add a option to send it trough whatsapp programatically WITH variables.You already have the API?You could already send a outbound Whatsapp message trough the dashboard? And now i am just stuck, because i cannot connect two partners to my whatsapp account. How do you keep track of which Jira issues are linked with Intercom tickets?

Hey everyone, I’m using the official Intercom Jira add-on and it works great. We also have some workflows set up to sync Jira and Intercom ticket statuses 🔥How are you keeping track of which issues are linked with Intercom in the Jira issue though? Can I receive notifications (webhooks) from a third-party system?Use Case:Suppose I receive a webhook notification from a third-party system containing a resource ID.
