Hi, on Fridey I tried to export users, I selected filters. Clicked to make an export, it was written that it will happen in a few hours. It has already been over 96 hours, no file. And so 4-5 times.
We want to manually import users into Intercom and some of the data has multiple items associated with one attribute. For example, a user could provide multiple services. How would I format my CSV to make this attribute a list and upload correctly?
Hi people, I need help with an issue. I deleted some leads by API, but part of them came back to my list without an ID. When I click in a 'zombies leads', they don't load and the URL is /users/segments/all-leads?searchTerm=[a hash] (as the attached photo). The major problem is they appear in the leads' outbound and remake all isn't an option 😅 . Anyone can help me to fix that? Thx for the attention
Until API version 1.4.0 I was able to create users with the same email. For the uniqueness was used user_ID and worked fine, because in some cases I need to share the same email between different users. After update API 2.0.0 it is not possible to create a `Contact` with the same email. ( "Users API & Leads API are deprecated and replaced with Contacts API. ")Is there a way (or workaround) to create a `Contact` which can share the same email ? Is it expected it is not possible to create a new `Contact` with the same email from archived `Contact` ?
Wondering if there is a way to automate tagging our contacts. I have a lrg # of people I need to tag w/the same tag & rather than searching for everyone one-by-one & tagging them I was wondering if there is a way to select a group & tag them all at once.
We are a remote company, and this feature being turned on by default (rather than Opt-In) has created issues for our team members feeling uncomfortable because customers have found them on Twitter/LinkedIn.
I requested my CSV file of my contacts .. its been over 24 hours . . we have about 21,000 records. Never yet was received to my email, or other emails on our account. Help! Thanks so much.
Can I change the default "two arrows" icon used for custom attributes?
I have about 110 users and about 55 leads. The getContacts method returns only 55 contacts in two pages. Looks like an API bug.
We are giving teammate access to some of our dealers. How could we limit these teammate visibility to the only contacts they are managing ? Example : Spanish dealer should only see Spanish language contacts
Is anyone else having issues with their links NOT being clickable in their user and company segmenting? If I display a custom attribute that is a link, it isn't clickable currently. The update after reporting this the first week of July is that the bug hasn't been reported enough times to warrant developer resources. 😑 So if you are experiencing this could you please email IC and let them know so my entire workflow can not be in the garbage can because someone can't make a link work?
What is the limit on the number of segments Intercom will allow me to filter for? I've had the platform error out on me when creating some complex user groups when filtering for a variety of segments/qualifiers and attributes.
