Hello 

Are there any plans to expand and have more control over the CSAT survey, such as:

  • Controlling how it is sent
  • Deciding when to send it
  • Adjusting the design
  • Customizing the questions
  • Refining the calculation method?

Currently, Intercom surveys do not support the use of CSAT as a card in the Messenger, nor do they have feature parity with CSAT reporting in Intercom. This indicates that there are limitations in controlling how the CSAT survey is sent and customizing its features . However, you can control when to send the CSAT survey by using Workflows. For instance, you can set a Workflow to trigger when a conversation is closed, and then send a CSAT survey. You can also prevent the CSAT survey from being sent again by checking if the "Conversation rating requested" is false, which gives you some control over the survey's frequency .
