Is there a way in the iOS SDK to disable opening a conversations while keeping the ability to send campaigns?

Specifically when user taps on campaign we wouldn’t want them to be able to start a conversation from it

If you’re looking to prevent all customers from starting a conversation with your team no matter where they are writing in from you can set this up in the “Control Inbound Volume” Section of your Messenger Settings page. You can focus on preventing only certain customers from sending a conversation by adding conditional requirements like in the screenshot below.

If you want to make sure they don’t reply to any outbound Posts or Chats that you send in a campaign, then you’ll want to turn that option off when creating those messages, like I show below.
