Does anyone use Macros for internal-facing agent procedural help? Step-by-step instructions? I don't want to use Guru. I want to keep my internal-facing needed knowledge available and searchable WITHIN Intercom.

Hey @jason l11​, the primary use-case of Macros is to allow you to improve sending replies (and subsequent follow-up actions) to customers. How do you envisage using them for internal-facing help?
