Hey @bookretreats, it sounds like the introduction of this feature caused some problems for you. Could you me an example of how this might have caused issues for you?

It's still available (Without any changes) in Outgoing -> Chat -> Create
Maybe you accidentally clicked Inbox -> Automation -> Rules? These rules are created for Support assignment and not related to visitor auto-messages.
