So, wondering if Intercom has plans to be a bit better about giving a heads up before changing features of a service (for example, "Rules" for Visitor Auto Messages)

Hi @bookretreats​ , I don't get it, what's exactly changed in Visitor auto messages? 🤔

 

It's still available (Without any changes) in Outgoing -> Chat -> Create

Maybe you accidentally clicked Inbox -> Automation -> Rules? These rules are created for Support assignment and not related to visitor auto-messages.
