Hello! I have set up an outbound post, and I want it to have the name of one of my teammates in the "from" field. I would expect that when the user receives and opens this post, this teammate will show as "active" on the post, but the problem is that in case this teammate has been inactive lately it will say that he/she is "away". But from the user's perspective it doesn't make sense - when you receive a message from someone you expect them to be "active". Is there a way to change that? Like a setting that would say that this teammate is always "active"? Or something similar? Thank you!

Hi There! I was wondering if advanced user segmentation is available in product tours. I will explain my use-case here.  We have specific URLs for each customer say customer1.mycompany.comcustomer2.mycompany.com.. etc.  Each URL is different. Customer1 will not have access to pages in Customer2.  In such a case, is there a scope of creating groups to which we can assign a product tour? I want only those specific users to view that tour. Also, in the URL to automatically start a tour, is there a support for wildcards? Will using "*.mycompany.com" or something else instead of "*" automatically make the tour available for the mentioned websites?

Can you change a custom bot type from "trigger from a button" to "outbound" without building an entirely new bot?

Does the customer see that you have closed a ticket in Intercom?

If the custom address has been added to our addresses & domains in the Intercom settings, does this mean the reply would come to us through intercom?If so, great! If not, what do I need to do to make sure we do get the reply through intercom? We've been receiving all of our replies so far by using this email address! Thanks for any help you can give us!

Hi, I know that Product Tours are only showing once to a user. IS there a way to trigger the tour over and over again for the same user?

Hello !  I would like to know how and when product tours button are translated in different langages ? For exemple, when I build one, on preview I see "Next" but when it is really played, as I am in France, the Next button is "Suivant". I have to build product tour for Brazil, how can I be sure that the Next button will be translate in "Próximo" ? Thank you !

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me out with an issue I'm seeing with my help center (help.apteo.co). I have a few articles in the center, however when I try to type in any search term into the search box, the resulting page not only doesn't show any results, it actually shows the entire help center homepage as it is. Hello!I am trying to configure outbound messages to appear within my native iOS app, but I want them to only show up on specific screens (like home screen, for example). I know for the web you can specify a page/URL on which the message will appear, is there a similar functionality for mobile? Or if not then maybe there is some workaround?Thanks a lot in advance!

I'm creating series to onboard new users based on what they have or haven't done in our app. Now it could happen these events trigger on the same day and I'd rather not send them multiple emails on the same day. Is there a global setting that can make sure to always wait 2 days between sending emails? Thanks!

I was wondering, Is there is a way I can use a URL to prefill a message that my users can send to me in the messenger? I want to be able to add a URL to my email marketing campaigns and have users click a button. That button takes the user to my website and opens the messenger with a prefilled message so they just click send.

How do I make email templates that can be used within inbox?

Hi I am having difficulty with creating my product tour. I have designed it with the 'pointer' feature that allows a message to pop up next to a part of my online platform. The majority of the time, once I save the steps and press 'save and close', when I go to run a preview, the steps just come up in the middle of the screen and not the way they should. Any advice or solutions to this would be very helpful.  Thanks

I had a look at the 'Manage the unexpected' feature in beta, and was wondering if there have been any requests to add the ability to schedule updates to the message/publishing, as well as the ability to add a message to various languages?

I would like to create a segment of contacts that have "Signed Up" on a different day than "Last Seen". Is there a way to do this? (I do not want to specify the date for either Signed Up or Last Seen. I just want them to be on 2 distinct days.)

Hi All,  I have an onboarding series that sends zero messages for users who move through basic onboarding on their own, but sends emails and posts to users who get off track.  We have about 10 people a day enter this flow, and for most of them it's working, but I had a case where it didn't work and I'm trying to figure out why that one case did not work before our busy season starts in august.  The piece of the series I had an issue with is imaged here.  Ignore the blue tags and you can see it's a rule at the top left, which is event based. The event is "Assigns homework" in our application. if the user assigns homework within X time, they pass this rule and move on to the right (off screen), but if not passed after X time, the series funnels them down to the post below.  The post below doesn't have to be seen; either way, they are now in contention for the second row rule, which is identical to the first: Assigns homework. It is possible to prevent the closing of my product tour before it was completed?

I would like to have the Product Tour show up only if we have a particular element on the screen (e.g. start it only if we have a particular box on the screen).  The solutions that I can think of are:Trigger a JS event once the box has shown up and then filter if the event has a count of greater than 0. However, that doesn't seem to always work for us. Once the event gets trigger, the product tour doesn't show up. We seem to have to always refresh the page in order for the tour to show up.Do something like this - Intercom('startTour', tourId) - aka trigger this event once the element shows up. However, this requires us to create the product tour first and find the tour id. Are there better ways of doing this? Ideally, I would like to just have something in the product tour setup to specifically say "if this named element is present, start this tour". For context, we have a React based application that has a lot of interactivity.
