I want to create a pitch for my manager for us to start using Articles and I want to show him a preview of what everything will look like when running. I have created articles and collections already, is there a way to preview everything? I know they will love it, but it would certainly help to show a brief walkthrough!

Hi, New to Intercom and apologies if a basic question! We have emails auto forwarded to chat from our generic website email address. We occasionally have to forward these emails on to employees within the organisation who are not users of Intercom. How can we cc / forward others into an email response? Also ensuring any attachments are also sent?? Also, a copy of the emails also get sent to a Reception computer - is there anyway for that inbox to show that an email was responded to within Intercom? Thanks in advance!!

I have intercom in my app and I have just over 3k users how do I send them all a message at the same time without having to send to everyone individually?

Hello, community. I have a Custom Bot that guides users to the most common questions. As with any bot, there is an option to wait for an agent. Unfortunately, if the user picks this option, the task bot also participates which is not look that neat. Example on the screenshot attached  The question is, can I somehow adjust the Custom or Task bots so the situation on the screenshot would not repeat itself? I would still like the Task Bot to inform the user about the time of the response, but not in case if the custom bot already participated   

Is there a way to allow customers that are contacting us via email to get an auto response and have them somehow fill the conversation attributes we need? We have customers that use an on premise not SaaS product. They reach out to us mainly via email. Can we send an auto response back only to conversations inbound via the email channel?

Is there any function for tagging articles? We're updating designs, and want to edit/retire certain articles after the designs are complete and rolled out. Collections doesn't quite cover this, as the collection would be "things to edit later." For example, we'd like to have the usual collections like "getting started" and "troubleshooting" – there are articles that would be in both of those collections that we know we will need to edit, and instead of going through all our articles, we'd like to find them quickly, edit, and be done.  I'm a n00b to intercom, but the searching I've done, I can't really see a great way to do it, unless we "self tag" by adding a code in the articles themselves that we can search (if the search is a meta search, that is. I presume an admin can do a meta search). Thanks!

We dont already have a bot, but are looking for bots based on intercom for inspiration :)

Is there a way to get aggregate stats for emails (e.g. open rate, click rate, etc.). Other than clicking on an individual email, I don't see any other way to get stats.

I'd ideally like followups to occur in an existing thread, making it a more conversational automation. I'm seeing options for creating a new email, but I would like to be able to set the Series as a reply to an existing conversation rather than a new email. Any suggestions? Or even external workarounds?

We are a remote company, and this feature being turned on by default (rather than Opt-In) has created issues for our team members feeling uncomfortable because customers have found them on Twitter/LinkedIn.

When exactly will Campaigns be deprecated and replaced with series? On top of that, are rules from existing campaigns copied to series in exactly the same way?

I have not used Intercom but they charged me for the last 4 months. How can I get refund? I tried Intercom (tutorials no production) and thought was unsubscribed. Then someone at Intercom said I need to provide my company address and that's when I learned I got charged four times.  I have been contacting Intercom for 2 weeks now but nobody replies to my refund messages.  I got charged $200 and it's a lot in Vietnam where I live.  Please help me!

I requested my CSV file of my contacts .. its been over 24 hours . . we have about 21,000 records. Never yet was received to my email, or other emails on our account. Help! Thanks so much.

I am finding it time consuming to have to update all my hours just to be closed or be opened limited hours on one day.
