As for the image, I want to know if it is possible to let people who match ‘Who will enter’ get the message without matching ‘When to enter’
(After I tagged the customers, they should get the message from this series)
From what I have tried, without setting ‘When to enter’, the message won’t be sent.
Is there any way I can fix that?

@user1014 If I understand your question correctly, then yes, this is absolutely possible. No need to define "When to enter". Did you check if the leads actually entered the Series? Or maybe the filters for the message restrict them from getting it?
