Hello everyone,
I see that there are several possibilities for Intercom onboarding on the web. Among them is a checklist. For mobile, we basically have the carousel, which makes the experience very limited.
Is there any plans to add more mobile onboarding features to Intercom or could someone recommend tools to add a better onboarding experience on mobile?

Features for onboarding on mobile are indeed limited in comparison to web.
At the moment, our availability for outbound features are as follows 👇
Currently we have no new outbound features for mobile in the works, however we are working to try and make more web only outbound messages available on mobile too. There is unfortunately no timelines for when they might be implemented though.
However if you ever have a good idea for an outbound feature for mobile, why don’t you share it on our Product Wishlist page! You can search and upvote existing requests or create new requests 🙌 Check out the quick guide on how the Product Wishlist works here.
