Hi everyone, I just found out that product tours do not work on mobile browser. I'm trying to find a way to trigger a chat message specifically for those users. Any easy way to achieve that?

We center our email copy and it sent left justified. Inside Intercom it has trouble allowing me to click on center. The last few weeks it sent properly to the inbox but this past (major) email we sent did not.

Hi There, I would like to send a message to a specific user in our app trough intercom on certain situations. I was thinking of creating a custom attribute for my users and when that attribute contains a certain "value", to trigger the message. I am using Zapier to do this Has anyone tried this out ? When I try to update that attribute value with Zapier...nothing seems to happen.

How do I get a person to exit a series once they've clicked a specific link, such as the "get a quote" or "get a demo" link in a previous email within the series? I see how to get people to exit if they've clicked any link in the previous email, but not a specific link. Is this possible?

I can't set my series live because of invalid starting blocks, like empty e-mails and empty rules, but I have double checked all e-mails and rules. Any saviors please?

Hi, we want to notify an external system when we send a segment based chat to a group of users.Actually we don't find any way to do that. Via webhook we only can access when a single message is sent to a concrete user. but not in massive messages.Thank you

We are looking for a person or company that could provide services in the setup and implementation of a world-class customer onboard experience using the Intercom Product Tour product. We currently use the Support and Marketing products are well. We will be launching a new product in the Work Management space in the upcoming weeks and are ready to hire a resource now. The name of our company is SmartSuite, but we have not yet released any information publically as we tried to be very quiet about what we have been working on for the past 2 1/2 years.I am happy to provide more details to anyone that would like to propose on this work. I am able to create posts that reappear every time a user navigates to a particular URL, but for some reason the banner will only appear once. Here is a screenshot of the Banner that would not appear more than 1x per user. Notice I have the frequency set for every time a person matches the rules. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this, please let me know. The banner is better than posts or chats for page issues. 

To put you in context, we have an app where we want to show an onboarding tour the first time the user enters, but this user could be type A or type B, so depending on which is the type of the user, we want to load the Tour A or Tour B. How could we handle this? Thanks a lot! :)

We have been building out Product Tours to give our customers a full onboarding tour through our software. To initiate the tours in the right place, we have used a lot of 'current page rules'. However, they do not want: the tours are not triggered at all. To provide you with a little more detail, our tours should trigger on each new URL that ends with a specific parameter. This tour should then be shown once to this user. Although the preview within the Intercom interface works fine, and some older tours do too, these new ones are never triggered. An example can be found in the screenshot.  

I have a custom bot as a part of my series. It includes two paths, one where the user can send a question and the other where they can opt-in to watch a product tour. I see an option to deliver my next message (in my case, a banner) after the previous message was sent and "completed" but what does "completed" mean? Because one of the paths of the custom bot is the tour, does this mean it will send the banner ONLY after the tour was completed?

Hi, our web app has a static URL, which does not change even if users navigate to various sub-pages/features. Could you please advise how to trigger different product tours depending on the feature, not the URL?

All of a sudden our outbound email messages are double spacing. How to remove the double spacing.

I just saw Intercom's own post message about their updated terms or service. It included a button for me to agree to the new terms. The post would not lose without me clicking the button. How can I set up a similar message?

Hi all,We need to understand how Tablet messages work which places some burdens on the restaurant side, which we want to remind them of. We’d like to send comms to specific restaurant IDs only, and not to the whole brand, but the messaging feature demands we insert partner company emails as well, so I’m wondering if other sites connected to such emails will also received the comms? We need to limit to Rx IDs though, is there any way to do that? Could you please tell/show us how?  In more detail: We actually already tried to send comms to specific partners (to inform them of the launch of cash on delivery), but the issue was that even if we filtered for specific restaurant IDs, we were asked (and forced) to insert company emails. The problem then was that also the restaurants that were linked to those company email received the message. When designing a product tour using Intercom, I have found that CSS classes and ID's for elements contained within an iframe are not visible to the tour bot. I have tried using the advanced css ID callout in the product tour but to no avail. Please help!

In this example, if my series sends 5 emails between Oct. 28th and Dec. 15th:  Email 01 - 10/28Email 02 - 11/02Email 03 - 11/05Email 04 - 12/01Email 05 - 12/15 What happens when a user enters the series on Nov. 10th (after the first 3 emails have already been sent)? Will they pass through all the wait periods at the beginning of the Series and receive the first 3 emails (at the same time)?  Also, will they begin receiving email 04 and so on?

I'm looking for a way to trigger posts/tours whenever a user clicks on a button.We capture the click in GTM, so I'm wondering if the event can also trigger a message. We have a single page application, so my concern is that the event will be sent upon refresh and not pop the message until that Thanks!

Cannot see "stop sending" and "set days and times this email can send" rules in my emails. From where, can I set it up?? I tried to get information about how to set the schedule a message from this article (https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/234). And there are way to set "1. start sending", "2. stop sending" and "3. set days and times this email can send". But in my page, there is only one rules that I can set which is "1. start sending". I'm wondering how I can set 2 and 3.

Hello =) I would love to help from you. I am a new Intercom user, and I would like to do a simple action: I have a Lead Capture Page, and I want to take those leads to a Series on Intercom. I have already managed, via zapier, to upload the lead data to Intercom. However, in the series, even setting all the correct rules, when it comes time to send the automatic email, it simply says that there is no way with the following message: "Not matched and removed from path"" Can someone help me?

Hey, I'm creating an onboarding tour for our app that's scheduled for when a user creates an account and logs on to their company dashboard for the first time.I have a rule saying that a user needs to have "/company/" in the URL to launch the tour however when I preview the tour it starts at sign-in and not on the dashboard.I've attached what happens. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to ensure that this doesn't happen?
