Hi, 

We’re currently using Intercom inboxes and workflows to assign tickets and respond to customer queries. As we continue to scale, we’re looking to revamp our existing process and would love to learn how other teams are approaching ticket triage and inbox management in Intercom.

Specifically, we’re interested in best practices around:

  • Use of one inbox / triaging

  • Prioritization /Severity

We’re keen to get the ball rolling on this revamp, so any ideas, suggestions, or examples of what’s worked well for others would be greatly appreciated. P.S we’ll be jumping on FIN soon.
