Can I build a custom report that shows my conversation volume by attribute?

Question

How can I view all conversation attributes (product area and type in this case) together? I'm wanting to get an overall picture of where we see high volumes of queries and what these are. I can only seem to filter the report down by attributes, rather than build a report that shows volume by type.  Any help appreciated! &#128517;

Hey @meg t​, you're right, it's not possible to build a report that shows volume per conversation attribute, where multiple attributes are selected. It's only possible to filter a report by one conversation attribute currently. I'm happy to record your feature request via our @Product Wishlist​group.As a workaround for now, I'd recommend you build separate reports per attribute, export the data from both and then combine the raw data.
