We launched an Arabic version of the website (same domain) and want to set different rules and operators for the chat bot on the Arabic version without disturbing the English version. Is it possible to do that?

Yes, you can duplicate a ruleset or Outbound content and use a rule like "Browser language is Arabic" to target those users specifically 😃 Hope this helps!
