Would be great to be able to build a few 'sets' of product tours, i.e., one set geared to each different 'user type', or 'skill level' etc, and present the grouped product tours in an App based on criteria. Is there any way to do this without custom code?
Lets say we have an external website that is associated with our main website. Our main website is what hosts Intercom. However, we want to put a "Contact Us" section and a link in our external website that redirects the user to a prepoulated message/bot. Is there a way to do this?
I need to create a dashboard that gathers certain charts from different reports in intercom and I'm wondering how I should do it and what's the best way to do it.I need to display the engagement summary of different custom bots + the number of tagged conversations for a specific tag + opening rate of certain emails + reply rate of certain emails + number of new inbound conversations VS number of replied conversations
Title basically.
I had drafted an email in the editor and saved it every time I made changes. I switch to edit in HTML and all my content was lost except the subject. How do I retrieve my content ?
Can I download /export the performance of our articles? Views, etc.
For example we request logs from our members as a .log file. I've added this so that I can even view it but I need to download it to my device which there is not an option for. Just takes me to a web link.
What is the way to create contact with `utm_*` fields? Nothing is declared on create/update contact pages
Could someone please help us with installing the Custom Objects and Custom Actions because it's really unclear for us. It would be great to schedule a call so we can hopefully fix this together! (It's about feature: https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/g9l9yy
Is there a way, similar to switch to WhatsApp, that gives our users the possibility to send us an offline message, email of sorts, instead of reaching out online? This is specifically for outside office hours, for transparency purposes I want the messenger to let people know that what they are sending us is not a live message.
I have set up our help center to work with Google Analytics as shown in the Intercom article. However, I'm having some trouble getting the data I want out of it. I think part of the problem is that we set up the helpdesk to use a subdomain (looks like analytics isn't great with those). Does anybody use Google analytics and tell me if and how you managed to get data about:user-flow to and from our articles (what URL they came from and where they went next)if possible the same data from above filtered by article language (via URL)and the Intercom article also mentioned: How many articles they read in a session Any other data you are looking at?
I am looking for a possible solution to obtain automatically the last seen time of each user and have it connected on Salesforce.
There are several instances on which Chat window is failed to load on ios and Android Both. The intercom SDK used are as follow:react-native wrapper : 3.0.4android : 12.4.1ios : 12.4.0 EditedIf anyone has faced same issue would love to hear what have you done to fix the same. Looking forward to hear.
In other words, from planning what data to gather through asking the right questions (and selecting question types) through seeing reports and using the data. I'm also intrigued by user attributes and I'm looking for use case descriptions on those. I know this is a lot but the articles I've found are very superficial and seem focused on what to click to do something - that much I can usually figure out on my own :-) Can anyone help? Thanks
I want to change the visual prioritisation of our collections and within them the sections. Also I'd love to be able to create expandable lists that allow customers to see all the sections within a collection 'closed' and then on selecting one section, it would expand to show all included articles. This way they can browse all sections on one screen, without having to scroll through the articles in uninteresting sections.
We have an NPS survey running and started receiving an uptick in our customers logging issues that the Intercom bubble blocking buttons in our app. We have the Intercom chat set up behind a small ? icon in the upper right of our app vs. the chat bubble. However, we discovered that with the new NPS survey, if someone dismisses the survey then the blue chat bubble appears in the bottom right and there's no way to get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am trying to figure out a way to link between bots. I would like to be able to have users jump to a different bot if they go down a specific path. This would allow me to have a bunch of smaller bots, rather than one large bot which covers all topics.
Is there a way to pull data from intercom, specifically Response time, time to close, conversation ratings and top articles this month into a google spreadsheet? We are building a dashboard with metrics from various types of tools we use, and wanted to include intercom. Is there a way to pull data from intercom, specifically Response time, time to close, conversation ratings and top articles this month into a google spreadsheet on a monthly basis?
Our company uses Intercom for Marketing, Sales, and Support. I am wanting to create some product tours for internal training purposes but don't want to risk going over a limit if there is one.
I want to completely remove the possibility for clients to write to us so they can have only the custom bot. Is that possible? I couldn't find an option to remove the "Write a reply".
i’m creating series which has a path where user completes tour then a custom bot comes up. however, if the user cancels the tour, I want the bot to still come up after they cancel. i don’t see a rule that caters to this. is this simply 'when user viewed tour'?
Hi there, we have used intercom for years and need to re-strategize our support structure. We've grown a lot lately and now there are 15 of us in the queue (3 at a time) mainly working out of the "all" queue and sorting by waiting longest. We have two teams in Asia, and one in South America and we have 24/7 support. We're a B2B software product. Users are in our product much of the day and leads are handled outside of intercom. Goals: Less unique support reps on tickets (currently too many people having to go back and read through comments and ask repeat questions)Keep response time the same or improve response time (15 median first, 5 minute median, 30 min average response time)Provide our higher paying clients faster support. Ex. if there is a case for a lower paying client which came in before a higher paying client, and none of them have a response yet, we'd want to work the case for the higher paying client first. Before we start building this, I'd love
How do we set up the custom bots to display a message that we will be back on the next business day once a customer contacts us after our business hours. Because right-now this is what it shows.
I have many customers (corporates) that block links from the the domain intercom-clicks.com which means, all links in my newsletters and email, don't work :( I need Intercom not to change the links in my newsletters. I know won't have the click tracking reports anymore, but that's not relevant. Where can I do that? The help article doesn't clarify it https://www.intercom.com/help/en/articles/2706708-what-is-click-tracking/p>.
Is there any way to go back to the old inbox ?
