I know it's possible to present the helpcenter using: Intercom.presentHelpcenter() But is there a way of presenting a specific article when doing this, using the article ID? Thanks!
Can I get a list of users who have visited a particular page? For example, I would like to list the users who are looking at the cancellation page.
In the scheduling section of any message when creating a Serie, I can't choose to stop sending a message after some date as in regular campaigns. Since campaigns will soon be deprecated, is there any workaround, is it something that you might consider to ad. It doesn't seem crazy to be able to stop certain messages within a Serie after some date. At least it might be useful to prevent users from entering a Serie after some time. Thanks in advanced
Hi Intercom community, I'm wanting to verify our domain using Bluehost but I'm having trouble understanding which values from Intercom's DKIM settings page to paste and where. Here are the fields Bluehost is asking me to fill out. Thanks in advance!
Is there a way to auto-tag all links in Outbound Emails with UTM parameters, in order to track the performance of our emails in GA, etc? I can't see any setting or way to configure this - seems like something that would be very useful for lots of people!
I would like to move a published article from one collection to another, however I don't see my full list of published articles when I click "Add Article" on the new collections page
For conversation tracking purpose I'm wondering if someone has a solution to integrate Intercom with Google Tag Manager so that I can setup a trigger in Google Tag Manager e.g. when a new lead is created in Intercom?
"How to change the font color?", I need to highlight my replies in different colors and I cannot make changes in the text as of now other than bold and italics.
Can intercom keep track of the users who have used help center and how many of them have used it?
We are having a problem where our customers aren't getting a response because they don't realize that they MUST click "talk to person" in order for a human to see their message. We want to change this functionality so unless they say "that helped," the conversations are routed to our human inboxes. Is that possible?
Previously when you clicked on an article and then clicked on the views, there would be a view count next to the persons name, to indicate how many times they viewed that specific article. Why did this disappear with the new reporting? Instead i just see a long, not clean, list of users, and if someone viewed the article more than once, they just show up in this unorganized list.. This makes it really hard to look at a glance if certain customers are viewing an article more frequently than others. Could this functionality be added back in?
For example, I have this URL pattern in my node app — /:lang/:citySlug-d:cityId([0-9]+)/:productSlug-p:productId([0-9]+)/Example — https://mywebsite.com/en/barcelona-d1/el-born--picasso-museum-p19//p> How do I hide operator on pages, which follow this pattern?
In a serie I have a banner (We can call it Banner A) , I know I can trigger another banner (we can call it Banner B) when someone click or react to banner A. What I want to know is how to trigger a banner B if banner A is closed or ignored. What I want to know, is how to trigger Banner B, if someone didn't react to banner A (or just close the banner) after let's say 7 days ? He see the banner , but he close it, he see the banner but he didn"t react to it ?
We have recently launched a custom bot (outbound) on our pricing page and want to see if it is relatively successful. So I would like to know what are Benchmark KPIs (engagement and completion rate) to measure our performance
For example, we have a 4-part educational series that I'd like to space a few days apart to be delivered by Intercom email. We're introducing the option to opt-in via another series (an onboarding series) with a link in the message that says something like, "Want to learn more about [this really cool thing]? However, I can't see how to trigger the educational series when the person clicks that link. Is there another/better way to do this?
Our support centre however says it's not fully secure, and it looks like it's delivering mixed content, for example the logo is being delivered as http and not https. The certificate looks fine but not sure how to tell intercom to now deliver all the content through https. Any help much appreciated
I have multiple links in one email in particular and I want to tag based on which link they click.
Not sure if it's a bug or not but there's a feature that went missing. When sending an outbound mail to a filtered audience you used to be able to send a preview of the mail with example data from the audience. One of my colleagues asked me if this was still possible, and to my surprise it's gone. I could swear I saw the checkbox a few days ago.
Hi,I’ve been trying to pull out data from the message export model, as detailed here: https://developers.intercom.com/intercom-api-reference/v0/reference#export-job-model Everything here “works” in the sense that there are no errors, and I get 200 http response codes, but when it comes to downloading the data at the end, there doesn’t appear to be any! The app I’m making this for is Python-based, but using curl directly gives the same results: --- First, set up an export job (in this case exporting the last 10 days of messages):curl https://api.intercom.io/export/messages/data -X POST -H ‘Authorization:Bearer <token>’ -H “Intercom-Version: Unstable” -H ‘Accept: application/json’ -H ‘Content-Type: application/json’ -d ‘{“created_at_after”: 1603407600, “created_at_before”: 1604275200}’ As expected, this gives a response like{“job_identifier”:<job-id>,“status”:“pending”,“download_url”:“”,“download_expires_at”:“”} --- Secondly, check status:curl https://api.intercom.io/export/m
Why is our help centre showing as "Not Secure"?
Is there a way to trigger a custom bot to launch when our users click a specific button on our website (rather than triggering the bot when someone lands on that page)?
I'm not sure if this is an issue with some browser configuration or cookies on my end, but I've been trying to Preview a Custom Bot I created. When I click the Preview icon, it prompts me to select the website to preview it on. I am selecting a site that DOES have intercom installed. However, after doing that, the preview doesn't launch. It just ends there and I'm back on the Custom Bot screen. I did try clearing cookies and logging back in but the preview still won't launch. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? I'm not comfortable setting this live until I can preview it several times at minimum.
Implement features similar to intercom conversation into the intercom messenger. Start a conversation to the user from intercom messenger rather I have integrated intercom on my system. My system has two users admin and basic. When a basic user logs into the system, he can communicate with intercom normally. What i need is when an admin logs into my system, is there a way that admin can use the intercom messenger to start conversation with users from my system? Not by logging into intercom and replying from there.
We create users (not leads) via Segment events, and I get wildly different numbers when I filter Users by these two data points. For example, if I look at the number of users who "Signed Up" yesterday, I may see single digits. But when I filter by users "First seen" yesterday, I get like 75.
I'm trying to create a series for on boarding new users. The series currently consists of "how-to" posts that pop up when the user is on a specific url.I now want to create a post to finish the series, that appears once the user has visited ALL of those urls (there are 6 in total). Is this possible? Thanks!
