I simply want to send an automated response email to Users who have waited longer than X minutes. What's the best way to do this?

I'm setting up a custom bot (button triggered) and want to end it with a content showcase. The bot is only available through a landing page which I'm only sharing with certain customers, and I only want to share the content showcase announcement with these customers. Is it possible to add the announcement to the bot without also adding it to messenger home for all users to see?

Hi, We would like to send a message with a survey (similar to NPS) regularly every 3 months. The message and the survey will be always the same, so we can compare results and watch the trends. Hi guys we have a simple Outbound bot which is popping up when the schedule is Out of Hours... it works great and only pops up once on desktop and can be easily closed and never appears again... HOWEVER... on mobile, the chat window springs into life CONSTANTLY on every single page view... it can be closed but then visiting a new page it triggers again ... this is only on mobile not desktop... what can I check!! Need it to stop popping up every single time a new page is viewed!

Hi, I want to test pagination of articles through the articles UI and want to change the default limit (the API docs say its 50 per page right now) to 20? Is there a way to do so in the UI?  

I'm building a Series to manage an automated feedback process for our customers. The Entry Rule for this Series will simply be to find any Lead that is tagged "Customer Name Review".  I have created a Lead and given it the appropriate Tag. When I try to create the Entry Rule within the Series, I can see all of our other Lead Tags but not this one.  Other than the tag not being in use (which is not the case), what other factors may be stopping this Tag from displaying as an option to add to the Rule?

How can we get the section ID of Help Center from the UI?If I use the list all articles api, for any given article if "parent_type" is section, what does "parent_id" signifies? Can I find that id in the UI? Thanks in advance!

I would like the ability to kick off a zoom session from an Intercom conversation, and have Zoom automatically create a meeting id, set the meeting subject based on the client's name and put the invite into the chat. Right now I kick off client zoom sessions, based on Intercom conversations, by hand, using by personal meeting id, and locating a previously recorded session (if I ever need to review it) is difficult, because all recorded zoom sessions are called "Personal Meeting Room".

Hey there friends,We're a small startup and leaning heavily into our Intercom installation with a range of engagements from messages to email. Before I get much fancier, I decided to do an audit to think through our customer journey as they pass through our home pages and into our SaaS software.  To do this audit, I simply created a big Miro chart that identified steps. I can't be the first person to do this.  Are there best practices out there all of you big-timers can suggest?  Thanks!~b

The macro's are only visible when an email conversation is existing already. When a new email conversation is started by 'us' a different set of saved replies is visible (called saved content). Both are very important. Just wondering if they can be combined in one type of saved reply/macro?

I noticed, first the channel field in data for push notifications had value push_only, later i saw it was changed to push, but I get nothing from push notifications inside series. More so, is there anyway of looking at the performance of all my push notifications, and see metrics like ORs, etc right now??? Because I couldn't even look at these metrics on the report section

Creating posts, is there no way of removing a button that one has put in? Do I need to redo the entire post?
