Hi,  We created an event called "Analyse_error", in order to detect every time one of our users encounters an error while using our solution. This events is well detected by Intercom and appears in the "rules" that determine when to launch the bot. For example, I can choose to send the bot to every users that encountered an error in the last 2 days.  However, I would like to launch the bot AS SOON AS the user encounters an error. That means, EVERY TIME, and AS SOON AS the event is detected.  How can I do so ?  Thank you for your help.

I want to send an email only to users who have visited a certain URL on our site in the past 7 days, but can't find any way to create such a group in either email rules or User filters. There is no Page Visited option as there is for some other messages. Am I missing a way to do this?

Could this be a settings issue with my web page or URL? Any help would be great.

The current HubSpot integration works the other way round where leads from Intercom can be used to create contacts on Hubspot.

Redirection of conversationsHello everyone 👋 How do you disperse conversations at customer cares? 🙂  I would love to be able to create different inboxes by level of complexity 💪  🙅 Natively with Intercom it seems complicated or even impossible💡 With a custom bot that sorts, it requires asking a lot of questions to redirect👯 With one entry point and one or two customer cares that redirect all day to the right inboxes🏃 With auto tags + previous point... Does anyone have this kind of use? What did you set up?If you have other ideas as well, I’m interested in 😇  Thank you 🙏

We use the bot inbox and I just found a number of auto closed conversations that, IMO, should not be closed. My resolution bot was set to close if the bot already answered the question. If you look at the flow of the conversation above it seems as if Intercom is taking a null response from the customer as an assumption that the answers helped and then closing the conversation. This is dangerous and I would ask that the conversation only be closed if a customer clicks 'that helped' or some other confirmation screen Intercom would send.

For example, if Sally handles all tour requests, I'd like to be able to search "@Sally" to pull up every time she's been mentioned. I've tried this in search, but didn't have any luck. Any advice would be so appreciated! What happened to the intercom icon? we now have a magnifying glass and it looks like we need to pay in order to choose our own icon. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Hi there, When I open one of my campaigns to "copy to series", I wait for it to load in the series feature, refresh the page and it it comes up with no blocks whatsoever.I've managed to do this for other campaigns, in fact the other campaigns it worked for were the same as this one, just in another language. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!Cris

Hi, I'm Reed, I can user GTM to set up intercom to work using the logged out users method. This also works when users are logged in. In both cases the messenger loads as expected.  But when I try to set it up designating the User ID, the messenger doesn't load. Looking at the GTM preview, the Tag Details show the firing status is Succeeded, and the User ID is what I expected, as is the Workspace ID. Firing Triggers is Window Loaded Trigger By the way, I'm using a Dev account to test this before loading on our live site. I've also tried using a custom javascript method to convert the User ID to an integer. Again the preview Tag Details shows the same results except this time the User ID is an integer (as planned.) Does this work? or is our only option to use an email? We'd rather not. But if we must is it possible to use the identity verification w/ GTM? 

I have set up Google Analytics for Help Centre. I want to track the Source from where I get maximum traffic, No of users, and articles with the most views. Any recommendations?

If you set an entry rule, I'm finding this only applies to the first email/chat/post scheduled immediately after that rule. To have rules apply to each message, I have to create a new rule before each one. Is this correct, or should the entry rule apply to all messages in the series?

Hi. I have a custom bot set up to engage visitors/leads. It triggers after 10 secs on our homepage URL. However, I am noticing that if I open/interact with the bot at all (whether I reply or don't reply) it won't then re-trigger/fire when you next visit the website. Why is this? I have tried a series of rule testing in order to get it to trigger regardless of site visits etc. and tested on a range of people and they have said the same. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm trying to use article rules to display only the articles relevant to a particular product. Not working as expected. Is it my rule or my Intercom config? My article rule uses the referral URL attribute. the URLs look like this: <product1>.<mycompanydomain>.com<product2>.<mycompanydomain>.com My rule specifies referral URL contains <product1>.<mycompany.com>. Should this rule allow users coming from the product1 URL to see the article?

I have a list of 176 users (IDs) that should receive a specific info email. Is there a way to insert the list to rules without adding rule one by one? Especially when there is a limit of 100 rules? Do I have to send two separated emails?

If I set a goal for a message such as "Page URL visited is..." and the tour takes place on that page, does that tour visit get counted as fulfilling the goal? Or does the goal only trigger on the next time the user visits that page?

Right now I can target users based on their own behaviour but not based on the company behaviour. Is there a way to target users based on their company actions, not personal actions? Thanks!

I have tried to retrieve a contact with id 5fdf1f7270c60b2cb67905a9. I got this id from conversation this user has created. Is there a way to set all links shared on the conversation to open on a new tab? It seems like, the link with the same hostname as the messenger is on opens on the same window and reload the page. This creates unintentional interruption of the conversation. Please advice if there is a way to force all links(internal or external) open on a new tab. Thanks
