We cannot send message via  messenger. Also closing conversations is not possible. 

When I try to archive an attribute, a modal pops up saying, “Checking for dependent segments and messages...” and has a spinner and a Cancel button.  But it never does anything, it stays hung there.

a lot of inbound emails come in to my support mailboxes with multiply people on the email and I would like us to send out the CSAT email to all people in the conversation.

Hi there, Gaël frontend developer.We are using the Messenger in my company. I’d like to mask sensitive information from the Intercom Messenger when viewing replays from session captured by Datadog RUM. To perform that, I would like to add the “data-dd-policy=’mask’” in HTML on a specific div tag concerning Intercom (like the <div id=”intercom-container”>). Do you know if there is a simple way to perform that ? Thanks for your help.

Hello,I have a custom action that should take as input the the text which is currently in the composer but not yet sent (neither as a note nor as a public message).Is it possible? either via attributes or Rest API.  

We created a multiple choice survey (x3 separate languages) and want to enable the “Include 'Other' option”. However, this comes by default in English only. Can we change the language on this?As an alternative we added "Other" (translated) as fixed answer like the rest, but that doesn't let users respond with a free text. Is there better alternative?Another question, is there a way to get the responses coded with numbers? Example: 1 for first answer, 2 for second answer etc!-->

We use dark mode on https://help.taskade.com/ and when editing links for articles like https://help.taskade.com/en/articles/8958455-taskade-ai-usage everything is white by default. Is there any way to fix this? I have configured a product tour for my SaaS application, which I trigger on the frontend using the JS API: Intecrom('startTour', 'tourId').The product tours are shown to select users, and I want to implement custom logic for those who complete the tour—such as redirecting them to a different page or displaying specific text. Therefore, I need a way to detect when a user has finished the product tour.Is there a method to track when a user completes all steps of the product tour? For instance, can I set up a JavaScript callback like Intecrom('onProductTourCompleted', { ... some custom logic })? Alternatively, are there other ways to capture the event when users finish the product tour? RegardsDarshan Hiranandani 

How do you install Intercom on Wix? I've tried adding the JavaScript to the custom code section on Wix, but it didn't work. I also downloaded the Intercom via certified code from the app market, but that didn't work either. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I found that when using Firefox with smaller screen size (tablet and mobile view), the messenger widget does not show up like desktop. Not only on my application, but also any website that use Intercom.My current environment:OS: macOS 14.6.1 Browser: Firefox 131.0 (aarch64)

Now with default settings intercom send notification about each action status change in the system.Any way to reduce the number? send notifications only on some statuses changes?or maybe there is option to disable notifications but somhow share with customer ticket number ?
