I need to download all activity for one customer, including the lifetime history of page views and visit time stamps. Is that possible?

We have a "customer" who is committing theft of IP. I am trying to download the entire history of this customer's time on the website, which I know is timestamped by Intercom but we are only shown a small snippet on the customer profile page. Does anyone know of any way to download a more complete history of customers? What I love about Intercom's tracking is it shows dates and times. This would be really helpful.

Can I use www.make.com to create one? How do I edit details from the UI? It appears I cannot create a company? So I used www.make.com to add a company from a spreadsheet, but since its not associated with a contact I cannot view it. I don't know how to link a contact to a company through the UI either? When setting the series live, I get the error "Please finish creating a schedule"

I set up a test series to send emails and in-app posts to one specific email address - that is me - so that I could test how everything looks. When setting the series live, I get the error "Please finish creating a schedule" The problem is that I don't want to schedule any of the messages, I'm ok, with any day, any time, since I set all messages a few minutes apart - and I want to receive them one after the other in order to test how each email or post looks. Why doesn't it let me set it live?

Why do screenshots in my articles appear to be fuzzy?

Most of the screenshots look fuzzy. It's really strange because if I actually click on a screenshot within an article, it opens up nice and big in the next tab and looks super clear, so why in the articles is it not showing up that way?

We receive service booking requests via multiple sources that route to Intercom Inbox via a noreply@company.com email address. However, when a customer service agent comes to respond to the inquiry they have to reply to the message with the original noreply@company.com email before being able to switch to their own email address, i.e. team.member@company.com. Is it possible to remove the need to respond to a message via the original (noreply) email address before being able to switch to the CS agents' address? Also, side question (and this may require me to ask a separate question in the forum), is it possible to prevent the entire conversation thread from being sent via email when a CS agent responds to a client booking request? I have notification sounds on, but it does not always sound off when I get a new message from one of my teams

My team only hears the notifications of the conversations that are assigned to them, but those that are unassigned are not ringing and this is affecting our indicators. Attached image of the settings

Posts and the code editor, how to use it?

Want to use the code editor that is available in e.g., Outbound - Posts. However I don't seem to be able to get much out of it. I assumed html would be rendered but it does not. The code editor is meant to be used if I want to write in large letters in some other color, is that correct? I have trawled through Intercom's support pages but have not been able to find anything specific to this. A ton of other articles but not this 😉 I have attached a screen shot of what I am referring to.

I configured Data Hosting Region in my iOS app and since then i'm receiving an error "Something went wrong, give it another try". When i remove the IntercomRegion field from Info.plist, at works again. Any suggestions?

Possible to customize the body of the Help Center/Article?

I'm currently using React Native and I noticed that the customization options only impact the header on web. My app currently uses a dark color theme and the Intercom Help Center is only shown with a light theme. I would like to customize it to at least be dark, but it'd be great it I can match it to my app colors. Is this possible?

Is it possible to send an NPS survey on a regular cadence? (2 months after sign up, 6 months after sign up, 6 months after last survey for eternity...

It seems the only way without infinity loops in series is to build one series out for many instances of the survey. The enter more than once options have promise but don't quite fill the need yet. And the event trigger only allows for last survey date without letting you select a specific survey. As NPS is most beneficial if you can track it over time is there anything on the roadmap for this?

For one of my teams, the sound goes off for new messages consistently. For the other team, which is for premium users of our app only, the sound does not go off consistently, meaning I miss my SLA/FRT on it. Do you know why this might be happening?

I have completed Messenger web integration and set a Custom Bot live, but when I go to test it on our trial webpage the Custom Bot does not appear.

Can you hide the messenger entirely if URL schema does not meet specific criteria?

We have enabled the messenger onto one of our applications. This application can generate a URL that can be shared externally outside of the company. Is there a way to hide the messenger from being displayed based on URL schema? Example scenario: Application is opened (m-intercom.com) User views a specific area of the application (m-intercom.com/user/XYZ) User clicks a button to generate external link (m-intercom.com/external/XYZ) User provides external link to users not in our Intercom instance There is a way that you can manage the chat and messenger bot to specific conditionals but it seems to still display the Messenger widget? In the example above can we mark the messenger to not be displayed "if URL does not contain "user""?

Is it possible to compare two distinct attribute values in any way?

For example, our customers sign up for a plan with a given number of allowed users. I'd like to compare the 'people' count on the company with this value (which is stored in a custom attribute on the company) in a rules block in a series/or even in a dynamic content section in an email in order to say 'you're not using all of the users you're paying for'. We have too many different 'allowed user' counts to set this up manually, i.e adding if/else if steps in dynamic content and comparing 'people' count to a given integer. I haven't found a way to do this dynamically in Intercom, and my current understanding is that it isn't possible. If I've missed something, or there's a workaround I'd love to know. If not, then consider this a feature request!

When inserting a bot into series, is it possible to send customers to an existing re-usable bot instead of having to build a new one?

Trying to point customers to an existing re-usable bot i've built, but when trying to point people in Series, it just asks to build a new one - not use an existing one.
