Hi there! Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the "Send us a message" option located at the bottom of a help center (picture attached) for mobile? It doesn't show up right away when users open the Help Center initially but after reading/opening an article and going back, it shows up. We want to disable this because this is bypassing the prevent multiple open inbound conversations option and letting users create new conversations despite them already having open conversations with our team.

We're creating a new survey and we're about to set it live but we got a message that it'll be send to our live active users (100,000+). We don't want to alert them so is there a way that we just set it live under our current rules + condition (30 seconds).

How do I search for conversations reported by users with domain name @abc.com ? We don't have companies configured in intercom and we have over 600,000 users. Intercom support is telling me that the only way to do this is to create companies and link all 600,000 users to the companies! That sounds very backwards and kinda defeats the point of having a ticketing system. Any basic ticketing system should have some filter/report to search for simple things like "Show me conversations where user's email contains @abc.com" and I find it astounding that Intercom does not have this basic functionality. Am I missing something here?

I am trying to change the Posts message language to french and using "language_override" as "fr" and its not updating it. Please find the attachment. Could some one please guide me what need to be done here.

I have a scenario that to show the lists of features (history) which all are notified to users as a list items based on user click event. Would like to know is there any possibility to fetch all the posts messages and get the content.

Hello, community. Love the notes, but the fact that they are "live" in the body of correspondence is creating a mess sometimes. I recently started to use JIRA to work with the user's cases. The good thing is that JIRA and conversations are cross-connected. You can leave a comment in the conversation, and it will be sent to the JIRA ticket and vice versa. The issue with any conversation, when we need to discuss the case with different teams etc is that now we have tons of comments right inside the dialogue with the user. Which is making all correspondence with the user very overloaded. Is there a way to keep notes outside the "body" of the chat with the user? Maybe an additional plugin or app. Thank you

Hi, I have a web app that upon user sign up, I am expecting product tour to launch.However, upon sign up, a browser refresh is needed to trigger the product tour. It's a Next JS app and when I received sign up user data, I have called Intercom('update', userData)upon user sign up but I am not able to trigger the product tour unless doing a browser refresh. I have suspected it's because of throttling, but I have confirmed I was making less than 30 update calls in the flow so it shouldn't be throttling issue.https://developers.intercom.com/installing-intercom/docs/intercom-javascript#intercomupdate/p> Can you please help?

My post is "live" but hasn't been sent to anybody in the audience. The same happened yesterday. I've set it to send all users, and start sending immediately. I've used the exact same rules than previously, but the post is not sending.

I am creating a segment of users to send a mass email. I have a few "and" filters set... i.e. Email (Has any value) AND Country (United States). Then, I try to add another filter using AND but want to only use certain data points for the specific filter -- for example "Soccer" OR "Basketball" (we don't want to send to Baseball). For whatever reason, as I add "Basketball" - it is actually reducing the number of users in the segment. Does anyone else ever have this issue and know a workaround? I have tried a few different ways and have shown multiple people at my company to make sure it is not user error.  Thanks, Holden

I've connected the Typeform app and created a block in Messenger, however when I try to access from in app, it shows a load bar at the very top, but then it's just a blank messenger screen...the survey doesn't pop up. Any thoughts?

Context: showing newly released features as a popup when user signed in to the application. I will be using Posts message option. Scenario: multiple customers (company / organisation) will be having different release version of a product. when a new version is released with new features, initially we will be releasing this version only to some of the customers (company / organisation) and after few days (cannot be specify how many days) will be releasing to another bunch of customers. the query here is once the posts message is setup how to push the posts messages to the customers upgraded to the latest version.

My team currently categorizes conversations through conversation tags manually, and I would like to change this scenario, where the tool itself does the tagging automatically. I would like cases and examples of how I can do this. Can you give me some strength?

Customers sometimes request transcripts of a conversation so they can refer back to it later or have documentation of the conversation. Currently it can be sent without images but often times the images are the most valuable piece of the interaction.

We've got a help centre localised in a number of languages. However, not all articles will be available in all languages from the get go, which means some articles will only be available in English whilst they're being translated. If you select an article in the help centre, select another language that the article is not available in, we get a very bland page with the message 'You are being redirected', without any actual redirections ever happening. Are we missing any settings for this?

I know the selector is correct because its highlighted in the tour. Then when I click on it it stays on that step and does not advance. The next step is a post so its not related to the selector on that step. Any ideas?

Hello! I have created a series of emails with different rules triggered by events. One of these events is that when a user registers to our website they should be tagged with "registered". I have created the tag under that name. The series is created in a way that a first email is sent, then if the user registered there's a rule on the series triggered by this event, and should eventually tag the user automatically ( see the picture). However this does not happen. We have tried internally and the event triggers correctly on a user level, the problem is the tag. Is not working properly. Anyone can help me? I've been trying to get help from intercom for the past day but they have not answered me. Thanks, Iris

The initial entry rules didn't encompass our full audience so we need to increase it but we don't want those who already entered the series to be targeted again with the first emails. Will those already in the series remain where they are in the series or be re-entered as they will meet the edited requirements too.

I am looking to use the bot and our online articles to develop a workflow triggered when a new user logs in or a user who hasn't completed the articles logs back in. I'm relatively new to Intercom. Is there a guide to assist me with this?I'm also open to other ways of doing it so I welcome comments if you have suggestions!

Hey folks! I created a custom bot inside the software. I've set up 2 conditions - Both are custom attributes.  Even when the data is captured in both the attributes and the conditions are satisfied, chatbot is not pushed. 

We have content that needs to be seen by the user at all times at the right and the chat window blocks it

Would be great to be able to build a few 'sets' of product tours, i.e., one set geared to each different 'user type', or 'skill level' etc, and present the grouped product tours in an App based on criteria. Is there any way to do this without custom code?

Lets say we have an external website that is associated with our main website. Our main website is what hosts Intercom. However, we want to put a "Contact Us" section and a link in our external website that redirects the user to a prepoulated message/bot. Is there a way to do this?
