How can I "sample" my audience for NPS surveys using the new Survey feature?

I'm playing around with the new Survey feature - which is very cool to have in Intercom, but I'm missing the option to spread sending the surveys over time to a big group of people.

For example, if I have 10,000 users who login each month, I don't want to send it to 10,000 right away. I want to send the survey to 2,500 random people each month for the next 4 months.

Ideas?

Hey @user2296, while there isn't a way to specify that a message should only be sent to a specific number of people within an audience, you could filter your audience even further to determine a control group. While it wouldn't be exactly 25%, it's the best option currently available to you.

Is there a feature request for this? I feel like Surveys as a feature is incomplete without being able to specify a sample size. I don’t want to disrupt the entire audience every week or month in order to track sentiment change over time. I want to collect XXX responses/week within the audience.
