I have NPS surveys set up in Intercom, but the responses aren't showing up in the attributes within the user. Does anyone know how to set this up so that when someone completes the survey and provides feedback, I can go into the user's profile and see that they submitted an NPS score?

So, the user could come back again and again and watch it through. Right now, it seems to be triggering once a day. You cannot rewatch it right away, nothing happens.What audience settings should I set?

Can I exclude one user from receiving the Intercom in-app Outbound posts, but not emails? I have their email/user id, etc.

We set up an email using the Intercom template below (shown when you click on 'New email --> Choose template', but it's not working. We've tried changing several things but still cannot figure it out!  Basically, we want to follow the standard sign-up flow of most websites:New User signs up/registers --> 'Verify Account' email is sent to them (hopefully from Intercom!) --> User clicks on the link in email --> Account is verified and they're taken to the 'Sign In' screen. Thanks in advance for any help!

We already tried the inserting product tour using native intercom, it is limited to once per 24 hours. Thats why we need the JS option.

I am wondering if it is possible to personalize our onboarding process of new Customers showing them a post or a product tour in case they skipped a part of the process and did not fill the information.  For example: missing photo, I can send them a post to warn them about this.  How this can be done? I know I should segment my audience, but I need to import the image_id of our website as a custom attribute for that specific customer?  Thanks in advance!

Ideally I'd like to have a 'tours' section in the messenger. Users could click this and access a range of tours within the product. I know there is the content showcase app we could add, but if we have a range of 20 different tours say, it doesn't feel like this would be ideal. Maybe create an article with links to tours, and showcase the tour article? Still doesn't feel ideal though. Any suggestions?

Hi all!We have a pretty complex product, and we wouldn't want to overwhelm the user by triggering too many product tours; instead, we would want to provide users with a list of product tours they can pick from and replay if needed. In our previous onboarding system, we did this by creating an announcement with a list of tours, and pinned that to the top of the system.  However, I'm struggling to find a way to do this in Intercom-- the Messenger has a "content showcase" feature, but this can't be used to open Intercom announcements, only external links. Does anyone have an idea how we could recreate a "list of product tours" that's easily accessible for users? Thanks!

Hi there!I'm trying to re-verify my work email address. It had been verified in the past, but the email address was deleted from our Google Business account, then re-added. So there was a period where the email address did not exist.I've tried resending the verification email (also checked Spam), and tried deleting the email from intercom and re-adding it as a custom address. The verification email never appears.The company domain name is verified.Reading some of the other questions surrounding this topic, I'm wondering if maybe when the email address was deleted from Google, it was added to your bounce list? The email address is my first name at company name.Thanks!Scott

If a company upgrades to a higher plan, I want to provide them with additional information about the new plan. How can I achieve this with series or any other Intercom tool?I do not have an event for Upgrade.Any ideas?Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I have a question for super users and product experts around product tours and sticky headers. I LOVE product tours but we're not using them to anywhere near their potential due to an issue between our site's headers and how product tours scroll. We've followed all the articles to fix it and raised it a couple of times with Intercom support but I'm keen to know if anyone has dealt with this before or know's a trick that could somehow get it working for us. To explain it further when you point to elements in your product tour steps and you're travelling down the page, the page scrolls perfectly, but as soon as you have to point back up to an element that you have scrolled past, the scrolling doesn't engage properly.  Pic below. In the top pic, (when editing the step) the element is selected properly and is how it should appear but it appears on our site like the second pic, where half the header is selected and half the element. My series has the trigger "event is signup" and some audience filters. The preview audience indicates 18 matches but when I set the series live, it shows 0 matches. Any ideas? Thanks!

Once clicked on yes or now, a simple page would open thanking them for their answer. I know MailChimp had this functionality, would be great is the new Surveys feature be able to accommodate this, however I can't seem to find a way to do this.

When Product Tours are added to a Series, those Product Tours are not available to share as additional help material during Inbox conversation replies.This must be made available. Here's and example of why:1. Series full of various Product Tours targeted at new users to LEARN the application; based on what page/screen user lands a respective Product Tour surfaces.2. A 'How-To' support Inbox conversation comes in from any user (new, active/old) and a Support agent believes a Product Tour from that Series might be very helpful and provide hands-on (in-context help). But, the Product tours that are part of a series are NOT available to insert in Inbox replies. :( Intercom Support says this isnt possible since it defies the very purpose of a Series (send only upon rules defined in the series, which makes sense logically). I've gotten the workaround suggestion from Intercom support:Recreate your tour outside of the Series, turn off the Show automatically feature, and turn on
