I am using the posts in order to make announcements to my clients. I am setting it up as 'Large' and showing the whole message, but for some reason these posts are coming in as regular chat messages. Only when you click on it they pop up with the regular size and view. Anyone had this issue?

Hello!I am launching an iOS mobile app soon and in order to promote it I am going to create promo codes that I'd like to send to my email subscribers. The way Apple handles promo codes is it creates a bunch of unique one-time codes which I can export and then use. But because they are one-time-use promo codes, I cannot send the same code to all of my subscribers, but each one rather needs to recieve their own unique one. And I am wondering if there is any way within Intercom to handle it automatically, rather than me going and adding a custom property to every subscriber manually (which I just cannot imagine being able to do).Thank you in advance!Olena

Hey team, has anyone come across this and hopefully resolved it?We have created a series that pops a post and then waits until you meet a criteria of a Save on that page and an attribute contains any value. The next thing in the series is another post on the page. The customer meets all the criteria for the post to send but it doesn't. It only sends after I do a manual refresh of the page. We also get this on "has completed tour" - It shows as completed but it takes a full page refresh to trigger it.Anyone have any ideas?

I plan to design the product tours on our staging website and set it live in production altogether with the next push. How do I do it so the tours I create on the staging won't go to waste?For context, we only have the Intercom installed in the staging; I'd like to start creating the tours so that everything is correct and ready when it's go-time.Thank you in advance

Previously we used the campaigns feature in intercom to conduct reach out messages for NPS once a quarter. Since campaigns have been removed and replaced with series, we have had some trouble tweaking the set up to do exactly as we need it. I'm wondering if anyone else also uses the Wootric app to collect this data and if they can share tips/tricks in their series.  Our process has 3 steps.  An in-app message is posted to any used that comes online within our preset audience to give an NPS rating If a user in the audience does not come online, or if they do not interact with the in-app a follow up email will be sent with the same NPS series Upon the user giving a response (via the in-app or via email) a follow up email will be sent to the user based on the response given (promotor, passive, or detractor)  The difficulties we are running into is that some users are responding to the in-app and continue to receive the email which results in duplicate requests for feedback. Can I automate the series so that when a lead books a demo, it is tagged as Demo Booked, and an acknowledgement email will be sent automatically? If so, how do I do it? This is my first time using Intercom, I am trying to create a series on onboarding new users. If you can give me additional tips on how to do this or a sample template of onboarding a new user to an application I will be grateful. Thank you in advance

By "counted" I mean... In these Tour stats, does "Views" count when the tour is first triggered, even when the user does not go all the way through? And does "Completed" only count when every step in the tour is viewed? On the User detail screen, does the tour get listed there when it is triggered and the first step viewed or only if all steps are viewed.

I want to avoid having users satisfy multiple Series entry criteria and being accidentally spammed.

Hello! We use Intercom in our mobile app to collect feedback from users. We have a few series based on events (for example, a user has done some action and we ask how it was). But we got a few complaints from our users that sometimes Intercom disturbs them when they are in the app (for example, they do a workout and we send a question during it). I would like to find a way:1) In the Series, is there a way to send messages only when the user is offline? Let's say "Wait until offline" step.2) Is there a way to prevent the Intercom to be shown on some screens? I couldn't find any related SDK settings. Thank you very much,Stan

I'd like to invite users to take an external survey via email and pass their Name, Email and User_ID via the survey link featured in emails. Is this possible? Essentially, I'd like to invite our users to take this video NPS survey via intercom: https://survey.voxpopme.com/jfe/form/SV_cTlE8UVN44Xpw6W?Name={name}&Email={email}&User_ID={user_id} I'd like to invite via email and populate the URL with each user's individual data attributes from the email link. Is this possible and what should the format of the query string parameters be? I've tried a variety of cases and symbols on each attribute (e.g. '{' '{{' ) but can't seem to get the data to populate. Any help would be much appreciated.  

Hi everyone, I just found out that product tours do not work on mobile browser. I'm trying to find a way to trigger a chat message specifically for those users. Any easy way to achieve that?

We center our email copy and it sent left justified. Inside Intercom it has trouble allowing me to click on center. The last few weeks it sent properly to the inbox but this past (major) email we sent did not.

Hi There, I would like to send a message to a specific user in our app trough intercom on certain situations. I was thinking of creating a custom attribute for my users and when that attribute contains a certain "value", to trigger the message. I am using Zapier to do this Has anyone tried this out ? When I try to update that attribute value with Zapier...nothing seems to happen.

How do I get a person to exit a series once they've clicked a specific link, such as the "get a quote" or "get a demo" link in a previous email within the series? I see how to get people to exit if they've clicked any link in the previous email, but not a specific link. Is this possible?

I can't set my series live because of invalid starting blocks, like empty e-mails and empty rules, but I have double checked all e-mails and rules. Any saviors please?

Hi, we want to notify an external system when we send a segment based chat to a group of users.Actually we don't find any way to do that. Via webhook we only can access when a single message is sent to a concrete user. but not in massive messages.Thank you

We are looking for a person or company that could provide services in the setup and implementation of a world-class customer onboard experience using the Intercom Product Tour product. We currently use the Support and Marketing products are well. We will be launching a new product in the Work Management space in the upcoming weeks and are ready to hire a resource now. I am able to create posts that reappear every time a user navigates to a particular URL, but for some reason the banner will only appear once. Here is a screenshot of the Banner that would not appear more than 1x per user. Notice I have the frequency set for every time a person matches the rules. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this, please let me know. The banner is better than posts or chats for page issues. 

To put you in context, we have an app where we want to show an onboarding tour the first time the user enters, but this user could be type A or type B, so depending on which is the type of the user, we want to load the Tour A or Tour B. How could we handle this? Thanks a lot! :)

We have been building out Product Tours to give our customers a full onboarding tour through our software. To initiate the tours in the right place, we have used a lot of 'current page rules'. However, they do not want: the tours are not triggered at all. To provide you with a little more detail, our tours should trigger on each new URL that ends with a specific parameter. This tour should then be shown once to this user. Although the preview within the Intercom interface works fine, and some older tours do too, these new ones are never triggered. An example can be found in the screenshot.  

I have a custom bot as a part of my series. It includes two paths, one where the user can send a question and the other where they can opt-in to watch a product tour. I see an option to deliver my next message (in my case, a banner) after the previous message was sent and "completed" but what does "completed" mean? Because one of the paths of the custom bot is the tour, does this mean it will send the banner ONLY after the tour was completed?
