Retrieving conversations based on company id when multiple contacts can be part of different companies

In our company, we’re trying to retrieve recent conversations per company. I’ve tried the approach of another question posted in the forums.

The problem is contacts can be part of multiple companies and when I run the query, the conversations from other companies are showing up as well.

Anyway to do this?

Hey @Renz Sanchez 👋 Eden from the support engineer team here.

We don't have a direct endpoint for this-- at the moment, the way mentioned in that previous post would be the best way to get that conversation data. As you mentioned, this will return any conversations associated with the user vs just for one company though. There isn’t a current way to retrieve all conversation from just one company. I can understand how this would be a useful feature though. This is great feedback for the product team!
